There are many imitations on the market that look so cumbersome and unappealing, but this one is absolutely exquisite! I also purchased the wooden stand which adds to the over-all beauty of the display with its rich tone of wood, but this decorative plate is gorgeous and looks like an incredibly expensive piece. Even my husband, who was reluctant for us to purchase this item, has been absolutely so happy with how it looks and how it enhances the beauty of the entire room. This purchase is a real winner!
