0Nice addition.. The hook to attach the clock to the wall does not show, as it’s hidden behind the “12”. It absolutely does make a ticking sound. If you are a Roman numeral purist, be aware that the 4 is shown as IIII, not IV.

This clock is just what I needed in the family room.I agree with the description, this clock is definitely a statement piece. It is also art work for my family room wall.This clock is slim and sleek and made of black metal and would look wonderful in any room; kitchen, dining room, bedroom, living room. The roman numerals fit perfectly with the style of this clock. There is nothing to put together. Take it out of the packaging, insert an AA battery and hang it on the wall.Simple and easy. The clock is keeping accurate time and I have had more comments on how amazing this clock looks when they enter the room as it’s hard not to notice it on the wall.The only disappointment I have is that the hands feel like plastic, not metal, but unless you touch the hands you would never know so I am still giving it 5 stars, as it looks amazing hung on the wall, it adds style to the room, and does keep accurate time.I highly recommend the Hillpoint oversized wall clock.

0Cute and classic.I like having an analog clock up but most of the rooms in our house have such high ceilings, the scale is off for a “normal” sized clock. This is perfect for a larger space and I’ve contemplated placing it in the office as a focal piece over a cabinet as well.Very lightweight, we did bend an arm putting it up but bent it right back and it works fine.

0We love our new clock! The clock looks great on the wall, and was incredibly easy to install since it is so lightweight. The clock only takes one battery, so that’s very convenient. We love the style of the clock, although we did notice that the Roman Numeral for 4 is incorrect – it shows IIII instead of IV. I doubt most people will even notice.
