SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our shipping and returns policy applies only to items sold by Farmhouse Touches. Many of the products or website are sold by third-party affiliates. When you make a purchase from their website, please review their shipping and returns policies before making a purchase.
We want your to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience on Farmhouse Touches.
Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization, and return it in New/Unused condition for a refund within 15 days of receipt. Our original shipping costs will be deducted when your refund is issued. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization.
- Items which have been altered or do not include original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- We cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Furniture, Made to Order & Custom/Special Order Products.
If you need to return an item, please contact us for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and RMA number. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 7 business days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. You will be required to save the box and all its contents for 14 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. When these items are returned we will issue a refund to your credit card.
