BEAUTIFUL, HEAVY DUTY SIGN – EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ordered this wooden “gather” sign for my kitchen and received it much quicker than expected. But sadly, upon opening the package, I discovered a long and deep crack in the wood (not part of the design, true damage). I emailed the seller on a Sunday and in less than an hour, had an amazing response. He told me he would be sending me a replacement sign at no additional charge and to not worry about repacking the damaged sign back up! This was a huge relief because it would have been a pain to do so. All he asked me to do was take a few pics of the damage and he would be sending me a tracking number of my new sign the next day,. So here i am, just a few days after I received my original damaged sign, with a beautiful, brand new replacement. AND THE SIGN IS AWESOME!!!! It has beautiful craftsmanship and is worth every penny. But what was even better was the no-hassle return/replacement policy of the seller. Clearly he’s a guy who stands behind his work! THANK YOU, CARL!!!!

Nice signI like the sign but wish it rested tight up to wall. Once side( as pictured) was not squared up so it’s not finished the same on that corner either.
